SAFE, Together
An 11-Week Live Book Club With Jessica Baum
A weekly, guided space to read, reflect, ask questions, and integrate SAFE chapter by chapter, in real time.
Tuesdays at 12:00pm ET starting February 10 • Live on Zoom
We’re designed to heal in connection.
If you’re here, the chances are that you’ve already picked up SAFE (or are interested in it), and you know the work matters. But you might also be noticing something else:
“This is opening more than I expected and I don’t want to do it alone.”
When Insight Is There, But Integration Is Hard
You might understand:
Why you become anxious, shut down, or overfunction
How your nervous system learned to protect you
Where your attachment patterns came from
And yet, when you’re triggered in real life:
You still freeze or spiral
You still doubt yourself afterward
You still wonder if you’re actually “healing” or just thinking about healing
The disconnection is that insight alone doesn’t create safety. But integration does.
Integration is done best in real time, with guidance, and at a pace your nervous system can tolerate.
Introducing: SAFE, Together
SAFE, Together is an 11-week live book club designed to help you actually integrate the work you’re reading, without rushing, bypassing, or going it alone.
Each week, we’ll gather for one hour over lunch to:
Walk through the next chapter of SAFE
Clarify key concepts and nervous-system dynamics
Explore how this chapter shows up in real life
Answer your questions as they arise
And help you translate insight into lived experience
Think of it as:
Lunch with a therapist, a guide, and a room full of people who get it.
11 Weeks | Tuesdays at 12:00pm ET | Starts February 10 | $407
Why a Live Book Club (Instead of Reading on Your Own)?
Because so many people get stuck at “I understand this, but I don’t know how to apply it when it matters.” This space exists to bridge that gap.
Live support helps your nervous system regulate: Being in real-time space slows things down, creates co-regulation, and makes the work feel less isolating.
Chapter-by-chapter pacing prevents overwhelm: No binge-reading or skipping the hard parts. Just steady, supported progress.
Direct access allows for clarity and trust: You can ask the questions you’re holding instead of guessing whether you’re “doing it right.”
What Our Weekly Lunch Sessions Will Look Like
Each 60-minute session includes:
A guided discussion of that week’s chapter
Nervous-system context and real-world examples
Space for reflection and gentle integration
Live Q&A with Jessica Baum
You’re welcome to eat your lunch and participate as much or as little as feels right for you. This is a space to practice, not perform.
