Empowering You to Create Conscious Relationships

Attachment-informed coaching for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, and subconscious wounds so you can feel safe in your relationships and at home in yourself.

Does any of this feel familiar?

Wondering why you keep ending up in the same kinds of relationships.

Feeling like your body is always bracing for something, even when you know there’s nothing wrong.

Wanting to feel close, but always pulling away or panicking, and don’t know why.

Not knowing what you're feeling until it’s all too much to handle.

Not being able to tell if you’re asking for too much or settling for too little.

Feeling like you’re doing everything you can to hold it together, but inside you feel like you’re drowning.

If so, you’re in the right place. At the Conscious Relationship Group, we specialize in helping you understand and shift the patterns that live in your body, your nervous system, and your relationships.

You don’t have to carry it alone, and you don’t have to keep repeating it. Healing is possible.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Jessica Baum, LMHC

PSYCHOTHERAPIST, AUTHOR, RELATIONSHIP COACH

Jessica Baum, LMHC, is a licensed psychotherapist whose journey began with a lifelong curiosity about why we feel, connect, and experience the world the way we do. This passion led her to specialize in trauma, attachment theory, and interpersonal neurobiology. Jessica believes that connection to ourselves and others is at the heart of healing, and she uses a range of modalities to help individuals and couples return to wholeness.

She is the founder of the Relationship Institute of Palm Beach, a private group practice, and she leads the Conscious Relationship Group, a global coaching company offering support to clients worldwide. Jessica is a certified addiction specialist and Imago couples therapist with advanced training in EMDR, experiential therapy, CBT, and DBT.

At Conscious Relationship Group, we offer personalized coaching for individuals and couples seeking deeper connection, emotional safety, and lasting change. Our team specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, and identity shifts using a compassionate, neuroscience-informed approach.

You don’t need a diagnosis to deserve support. Many of our clients come to us feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in repeating relationship patterns, or uncertain about how to get their needs met. Others are navigating grief, transitions, disconnection from their bodies, or a sense of not knowing who they are anymore.

Through somatic and relational coaching, we help you gently explore what your body remembers, what your subconscious protects, and what your relationships are revealing. We draw on tools from interpersonal neurobiology, parts work, attachment science, and trauma-informed practice to guide you toward healing, so you can build secure relationships, develop self-trust, and create more balance within.

Whether you're feeling dysregulated, disconnected, or deeply motivated to heal, you're not alone. You're remembering, and we’re here to support that journey.
