Are you afraid to tell people “No”?

Or maybe it’s a fear of letting someone down because you didn’t meet their needs or expectations?

Boundaries aren’t as simple as most people like to make you think. It’s more than the outer boundaries that are so frequently described online. When you truly understand the inner and outer layers of developing, communicating, and keeping your boundaries, you’re able to change how you move through life.

You’re able to learn how to read what your body really wants and needs and communicate that without fear. Can you imagine how that will shape your days?

Let’s journey together in understanding our deepest needs and learn how to set boundaries from within.

I loved how each step of the course was easy to digest and apply to my current relationship. I found comfort in knowing being anxiously attached is common for people who experience childhood trauma.” –Autumn Frazier
